The product is designed so each event can be claimed individually. Final ticket inventory, attendee verification, and event-specific terms are shown before confirmation.

When does the membership start?+

Your annual access starts when checkout completes. This prototype does not connect checkout or activate a real membership.

Do benefits expire?+

Some do. Event tickets, vouchers, and partner offers show their claim and use-by dates in the member dashboard.

Can I share a benefit with someone else?+

Unless a perk explicitly supports guests or team members, claims are tied to the Plus member account.

Is every partner offer guaranteed?+

No. Some infrastructure and software offers require a new or eligible partner account. The claim sheet makes that constraint visible before you redeem.

How do I claim a perk?+

Open My Perks, choose the benefit, review eligibility, and confirm. Your prototype code, ticket, or partner handoff is then stored in the claim wallet.

Where can I see benefits I already claimed?+

Claimed benefits show a green status in My Perks and appear in the Recent benefits card on Overview.

Are there deadlines for claiming perks?+

Yes. Event inventory, vouchers, and partner offers can close. Time-sensitive items are called out on Overview and inside the claim sheet.

Can I share my benefits?+

Only when the benefit explicitly supports a guest or team allocation. Most claims remain tied to the member account.

What if a partner code does not work?+

Keep the claim reference and contact support from the member account. A production version should attach partner, claim time, and error context automatically.

What is the refund policy?+

This prototype does not define a refund policy. Final checkout must show the approved membership terms before purchase.
